We're thrilled to announce that Troy Muir has joined Aceik as our new Director of Digital Strategy. Troy comes to Aceik after leading significant digital transformations at renowned organisations like Coles/flybuys, Movember, and The Heart Foundation. His extensive experience spans Digital Experience Platform (DXP) strategy, composable architecture, 1:1 personalisation, marketing automation, generative AI, and innovative product management.
Troy is also a highly regarded contributor and speaker within Australia's vibrant Martech community, notably through his involvement with The Martech Weekly.
This appointment comes at a pivotal moment for enterprise brands, who face intensifying competition from agile, composable-first disruptors. Troy's role will be pivotal in helping Aceik's clients move faster and smarter–delivering meaningful customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
